It was fine living here until I seen the new property manager is taking advantage of her position and the power that comes with it. The old property manager was intelligible and did the best for the occupants in the building with looking at the moral and logical standpoint of anyone’s situation. The staff is lazy and doesn’t do a very good job in enforcing the rules until they have a predicament where they need to. They decide to blame it on the occupants instead of taking consideration that they made a mistake. The staff including the social workers like to judge and profile people to make their decision. I had a resident randomly call the police on me in the middle of the night and then the police came and saw it was a false alarm. Then 2 days received a letter from the new property manager that hasn’t never spoken to me or made me aware of a wrongful report against me. In the letter it stated that the police was called specially on my guest which wasn’t true and she wants my guest banned from the building and If l have my guest seen around the premises that I will be evicted. I confronted the new property manager about it and she did absolutely nothing to take consideration that she made a mistake also she lied and said she would investigate and I find out she didn’t even talk to security that night who said that it was a false alarm. The building consist of crackheads and odd people but for the few people who got a level head on their shoulder, the staff sees everyone the same. They go by their own perception and profile everyone and abuse their authority. I’m reporting them to CHA! Since she said they can’t do anything about it.
