        Lovely stay! Was here just one night and will definitely visit again. Loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. Staff that I had contact with were SO nice. Room was clean and very comfortable. The train is only the CTA that comes and goes in less that 5 seconds. Great place!!!! And btw, the post about damaged linens, the Inn clearly has a sign in the bathroom....

        My room was excellent. It was clean and decorate beautifully. I will make this my haven in Chi town. The adminities were wonderful. Stop by and stay for awhile.

        My parents booked this hotel for a long weekend and two weeks beforehand were notified that the room was no longer available due to construction. They were still charged a $50 booking fee which is ridiculous. Will not ever stay here or recommend staying here based on how they conduct business.

      We offered your parents 2 guest rooms for the same rate as our apartment. We spoke several times, but in the end they decided to book an airbnb instead. We do our best to accommodate our guests. In the rare instances when a guest cancels, they do so with the understanding that the $50 deposit is non refundable.
