If you are thinking about buying or selling, give Lisa Duncan at Keller Williams a call. We were looking to sell our home and buy new in Champaign/Savoy, and we certainly weren't easy clients. We found a house in Savoy that we thought was our of our reach due to a crazy set of circumstances. Lisa understood our situation and showed us a lot of great houses even though we had ONE house in the back of our minds the whole time. The stars finally aligned and that house became available. Lisa had our house sold for over the asking price before it even hit the market. We hit a lot of bumps in the road closing on our old house, but Lisa was with us every step of the way and was a rockstar making both the deals happen. Lisa will fight for you to get the best deals possible. Can't recommend her and the Keller Williams team enough.

I had the absolute WORST experience dealing with Nicholas McClellan from the Keller Williams real estate group of Illinois. I was a buyer for one of the properties he was selling. TWO days from closing he disclosed that his client has liens on the house that his client couldnt afford. He let us know that we couldnt buy the house two days before closing. Thank God I have a house I could still live in or my family would be homeless currently. We found out a day after closing that he could sell the house but 3 MONTHS later! From the very beginning Nicholas was very unprofessional and not responding to my agent in a timely manner! When asked about getting the almost $2000 back that I spent on house inspection, earnest money, and appraisal he responds, we feel bad about this. Nicholas still has not got back to my agent about the earnest money, his client also doesnt have the funds to pay me back the rest as well. I will never recommend Keller Williams Real Estate Center of Illinois to anyone if thats the quality of agent they have working for them. If you are thinking of buying a house that theyre listing or using them to sell your house DO NOT!
