This month marks my 11th anniversary with Keller Williams Success Realty. I chose this office based on my confidence in their training program, which was important to me as a new agent. My personal goal for my first year was to generate enough sales to match/exceed my pre-real estate w2 income. I did it, and its been a wonderful ride ever since! Being a realtor at this office has given me access to hardworking, helpful staff, and amazing tools and resources. The environment here has allowed me to flourish and consistently land myself in the top 2% of producing agents in the Chicagoland Area. I regularly attend Keller Williams training classes and conferences and listen to several podcasts the KWRI leadership team and top agents broadcast weekly. My takeaway has been to lead a big business and even BIGGER life. Today, I support my family with my single income, Ive purchased multiple investment properties, and am the happiest and healthiest Ive been in my life! Im beyond grateful to my KW Success Team!

I joined KW Success 13 years ago after starting at another brokerage. I have never thought of working anywhere else. I have been elected to The Agent leadership Committee every year I have been at KW- representing the top 20%. I run the Luxury Division at KW, serve a leadership role for my fellow agents, teach classes, and support everyone. Our KW Success support is amazing. Our office is like Family. I love what I do, and love where I work. I would highly recommend KW Success in Barrington to anyone considering a job in Real Estate or considering a move to another brokerage.

I would not recommend this company they double dipped me, when a buyer came in they should have given them to my listing agent instead they gave to another agent so the office could get 2 separate fees.Thid is very shady business and just goes to show the greed of these companies

Real Estate Broker Billy Vorpahl is both personable and has a good eye. I would definitely recommend seeking him out as your realtor.
