Charlene Pan was our leasing agent and she was nothing but helpful! She found numerous apartments within our criteria, communicated quickly and was very nice all the way through!

If the tour was bad not sure how they treat their tenants. The agent was rude and never greeted us, said his name, or asked our names. They seemed pissed we were there. They were silent the entire tour (my roommate and I had to show ourselves the apartment. they just stood by the door) then when we asked questions they gave us entirely wrong information. They knew nothing about the building and just guessed about everything. The least welcoming leasing company ever.
