I have been with PNC for 11 years and this branch costumer service will make me close my account with PNC. I want nothing to do with this bank ever again and even worst with this branch. Worst costumer service, they didnt want to solve my problem that was created by them and once I got upset they treated to call the police just because me and my husband were talking too loud. They just wanted us out! I went to chase and I cant even compare the service. They were able to help with the situation right away, they were nice and did it everything they could to help. PNC wont see me ever again as a costumer. If I could give a ZERO star to this branch I would.

Went in to open an account. Was never acknowledged. Signed in and the bank representative again did not even acknowledge. Had to dig through my purse to find a pen to sign in. Because they didn't even have one with the sign in clipboard but the bank representative had a pen in hand right in front of me. I guess the representives at this PNC Bank can not multitask. Than a couple of other people came in and a representative spoke to them even took them to sign in. Before finding out that the child with the man was a minor and needed the parents to be on the account with the minor. Man got upset because that was the first question he asked her. But she proceeded to have them sign in and than have a sit for her to ask, come back and tell them they couldn't open an account under a minors name only. Mind you she was a representative that was speaking to another banker and did not acknowledge me either. Because she was too busy speaking personal stuff with co worker and co worker was faced in my direction. Very unprofessional and their customer service is pathetic. Would not recommand this branch.

I went in to this bank In hopes to open a new account. However the tellers and bankers were too busy gossiping. I was the only one in the bank. No one elseJ Just Little ole me. And they looked at me. Didn't even bother to ask me if they can help me. They kept chit chatting. So I walked out. Why bother opening an account with a company who doesn't care about potential customers. Don't want to know what it would be like if I was a customer. So Harris bank accross the street got a new Happy customer.
Too bad Soo sad PNC. You snooze you loose.
