I'm currently sitting at my kitchen table, seeing my vision come to life for my wedding save the dates, and I owe much of that to Autumn and Mason. They were my superheroes yesterday(11/29/23). Just when I thought my creative mind had failed me and I was going to be forced to take a different approach, they printed my photos perfectly on some adhesive paper and here I am doing what I had hoped to do from the beginning. In a stressful situation, they both made me feel they were doing everything they could to help me solve my problems. Even though we were all working with a paper type that was a little difficult, they succeeded. Thank you. You don't know what it meant to me yesterday to walk out after all your help. As for the "self-serve" printers, use caution. That is were I was sent at the beginning of my visit with very little information(not from Autumn or Mason as they were not on shift at the time), which resulted in faulty use and poor printing. I don't recall the employee who was on shift at the time, but the information I gained from her was minimal. She was friendly but I expressed several times that I was sorry and honestly had no idea what I was doing and was left with very little guidance.*If you are printing on your OWN paper and not the paper preloaded into the machine, you MUST select the "CUSTOM" option for paper. Otherwise, you will be wasting your time and money while feeling like a completely idiot(speaking from experience). Some employees will be more helpful than others. This is true at any business. I am grateful to have been there at the same time as these two.
