Absolutely DISHONEST store / management. Charged me $58 for USED merchandise. Now, you like me are quick to say, "things happen, perhaps a returned item mistakenly got mixed up with the legally marketable stuff, right"? A RESOUNDING NO! When I returned the item, there were NO OTHERS in the store. I could not get a replacement. SOMEONE at that store, perhaps the manager tried to slip that in - why? The package was TAMPERED, already opened - in fact had so much dust and debris on the stick-um that it would not close. The merchandise was a high quality company, unlike this firm and there WAS NO booklet or other documentation in the package. The inside of the package had been written upon, and lastly there were fingerprints all over the device. DISHONEST FIRM, DISHONEST MANAGER. To boot, they never called to say "sorry," just tried to make me feel bad for complaining. My business is downtown and we will NEVER use this store again. Before, it was the only place we shopped ... sad face mad face.

The staff at the print center are fantastic. Kind and thoughtful people who helped me out preparing printed materials for a memorial service for family member who recently passed.

Such a great experience! Store is well organized, I was greeted at the door by an employee, and the customer service of the man who helped me print my document was very helpful. I was very impressed that he took time to measure my document size and talk to me about print quality.
