Regus - Idaho, Nampa - Library Square

Very nice facilities, I enjoyed my time there. However the price was a bit high for my small startup so I moved.

I've had an office at Regus Nampa for a little over a year. I love working here! Great coffee, fast internet, and fun people. Jaisha, the community manager here, goes out of her way to represent my business as if it were her own -- and she takes such amazing care of everyone here. I'd 100% recommend this location for anyone looking for office space.

There is nothing better than having a professional office space in the middle of Nampa. Easy parking, close to everything, and affordable. Best of all- the executive staff! Jaisha West is amazing, exceptional customer service.

I am new to Regus and so far my experience has been phenomenal. However, it's Jaisha and Kathy that really make it this way. I have never worked in a more professional environment and my clients enjoy it too.

This review has less to do with the people at the Nampa Square location, who were all very nice and easy to deal with, and more to do with my overall experience with Regus at this location. When I signed up, I decided to try it out for a month and then see how it went to potentially sign a long term lease for some office space. I got charged for two months up front without being told along with a security deposit. When I asked the front office, they had no clue what was going on or why I'd get charged for two months, and when I called corporate to get a refund, I got the rudest person who acted like I was stupid and of course I should get charged twice. After nearly two months of trying to get the charge refunded and escalating it to many higher ups, they got me my money back for the extra month charge. I got stacked with so many extra fees in addition to this, including getting charged for local phone calls like they were long distance. The explanation was that the phones were set up incorrectly and that 208 area codes were being mistaken for long distance. I also had several kitchen use charges for a kitchen I wasn't using and specifically signed and stated I didn't want to get charged for. Finally, when I told them I'd had a poor experience and that I wasn't going to renew and cancel out of my account, a month later I find I've accrued late fees and additional charges. I'm still dealing with the nightmare that is Regus and for the amount of time that's been wasted in dealing with them, I'd like to spare others from using their service. Again, this review has nothing to do with the staff at this specific location. They were very nice. This has everything to do with how Regus runs their business, and I'd never use them again.
