Matt was great! I called to let them know ahead of time that we were coming and that we were having problems with porting our numbers. When we arrived he had options ready and available for us to go over. Even though the system itself was having a few issues he never stoped until it was right. Customer service at its best!

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, and there was only one other customer in the store. I asked the rep (Harper) to install a new glass screen protector on my iPhone 11 pro max, to replace the existing one that had developed a hairline crack. We went shopping and came back 45 + min later only to find Harper still working on the phone. When he finally gave me back the phone the new screen protector wasn't adhering to my phone at all, and it looked MUCH worse than the old one. I had already paid $54 to ATT for the new item, and Harper told me that I could go to my local ATT Store here in Jackson, WY and have them "fix" it for me on Monday. I feel I should not have to go back to get this item replaced, Harper the ATT technician should have taken the time to do the job the right way the first time instead of punishing me out of the store with a defective product.
