        Called and spoke with Jacob Buenconsejo-Baird to have an original card printed. This is not my sales agent. I did not select my sales agent as I started with Allstate when I purchased my car in 2016. I have picked up original cards in Kaneohe and Kailua and have never had an issue. Now I am working in Wahiawa, and this location is the closest to me. Jacob says that I need to speak to my agent and wouldn't print a card. Of course, no one is answering at the location that MY sales agent is at. Why do you go through the trouble of verifying everything when I started the call out by saying that I need original cards? I get it, independent agent. This is not a good look.
