Way better deals out there. Customer service sucks. They will keep forwarding your calls and you'll have to repeat yourself again and again. You have to call them for any changes on your policy, things you can quickly do online with Progressive, Geico and all other insurance out there. I saved a lot more switching to progressive. It was quick for allstate to sign you up with any policy but pain in the ass when you decide to cancel, they will ask you to come to their office in person just to cancel a policy! What a joke! Luckily, progressive can do the cancellation on your behalf.

I have been an Allstate customer for years. I love that if I bundle my insurance I get a discount. This Ewa location has been here for awhile and I am so happy to have a location closer to home. There is plenty of parking and you can also grab a meal because there are many delicious restaurants here. The office is really clean with all safety COVID-19 protocols in place so very safe for everyone working and visiting. They have 2 additional locations besides the Ewa location. One in Waipahu and one in Kalihi. Thank you Ricky and Lorwina for all of your support and great prices
