        Shaina was perfect! I had a somewhat urgent transaction to complete. I was thinking it would take several days to complete and get my the documents I needed but no Shaina had it completed in less than a half hour She listened very carefully, told me exactly what needed sent via text. Best customer service Ive encountered in a long time
