When I recently moved back to the island, I didn't know where to find an agent here. I called my agent I'd had for over 10+ years on the mainland and she recommended I first look at a location near where I lived or worked. Here I discovered my agent Esther Gonzales. I went to the office to meet her in person because I like to know who I'm actually working with. I met the rest of the staff there and had a very positive exchange with every one present. I immediately felt comfortable and we got things set up just like when I was in the mainland. Since then, any time I need a question answered or have any concerns she is prompt to reply, and I'm often able to talk to her directly. If not, any person who answers has the correct information I need right away. Now I can do most anything with them online or with a simple phone call. No waiting, no excuses, just excellent service from the beginning. I am very pleased!

Frelynn and her staff are great! Weve had our homeowners and auto insurance with them for several years now. Whenever we have a question or need to communicate with them, the response is so timely, and they are always very helpful and friendly, too!

There is a reason I have been with State Farm for 35 years. That reason being I have been in many parts of the country and the one thing that has been consistent is that when I speak with State Farm Agents I am always met with a warm friendly face and a true desire to help .
