After consulting with Derek and his manager Chriss, we left Allstate after 20 years because we received more for much less. We bundled our services and saved quite a bit. Derek and his team were very professional and friendly. No hard sell at this office. Just courteous and professional advice with very helpful team.

My Agent Nique went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Last month, my fiancé lost his wallet at the mall. We didn't even realize. As we were driving home, Nique called us and said that a good civilian had found his wallet and called our StateFarm card that was inside the wallet to let them know that she had found it. Nique provided me the good civilian's phone number and I was able to call and get the wallet back. I am so incredibly impressed with this whole situation and extremely grateful for Nique and that good civilian. The Sayegusa Insurance Agency Inc. is also a phenomenal State Farm branch. If you're new to Honolulu, I HIGHLY recommend this branch. As someone who moved to a Honolulu in March of 2019 and had no clue about opening a new plan, Nique made it incredibly easy for me. She explained everything to me and it was a very easy process. They are a very trusting branch and definitely made me feel at ease about making such a big decision as we all know, there are many insurance companies to choose from.
