Shop is more or less a one person operation run by an elderly man. This is important because you will be at the mercy of his mood or attitude towards you. I went in for a simple safety check, but happened to catch him on a bad day. He hit my hood with a car manual to get my attention to move the car into a different position, and when I told him he didn't have to hit the car, he told me to get the "eff" out of there. I complied, realizing at that moment that I would never come back to this place. I understand as a small business owner, he has the right to do whatever he wants, but I'm not willing to put my money and business towards someone's ego. I'm sure he's fine on other days, or to people he knows well, but if you're a new customer looking for a solid shop without potential drama, I'd look elsewhere.
