        Excellent service but especially Raylene the shuttle driver!!! She got me to work on time and picked me up promptly when I needed to retrieve my car. It made me happy to drive with someone very pleasant! Wes was also very friendly and precise with his moving of vehicles ! SMILES throughout my experience!

        Honda Windward staff, particularly Justin, was very helpful and professional. He provided options and didn't exert any pressure . The work was accomplished in a timely manner. I have always preferred working with the staff at this location although it means a much longer drive than going to the nearest Honda dealership.

        The service manager (Mr. Dalton) was so helpful, I was there 30 minutes earlier from my appointment, but he take me in and tell me to go upstairs and he gave me a time for my car services. He said it's should be done about 10:30 am. But I have a called from my service advisor Mr. Douglas Bayot like about 9:30 that my car is done already.

        They keep track of past and future maintenance so I dont have to. Courtesy Shuttle is a huge convenience, especially because their customer waiting area is just satisfactory, not particularly comfortable or relaxing.
