        completely ignored by staff from the parking lot to the lounge. we were interested in a car but the staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves to even look in our direction, much less greet us. we'll be going to a different servco.

        Excellent friendly service, however selections of cars and trucks were somewhat limited. You may need to put a deposit down to place a vehicle on hold which could arrive anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months out. maybe longer if you're looking for a popular vehicle. Good luck if you're trying to get a van.

        This company is the absolute worst. I have had the same issue with a Toyota 4 runner that I bought brand new in 2019 that they havent been able to fix. They keep telling me to bring it in and that theyve fixed it and it still has the same problem. I spoke with the corporate offices for Hawaii a woman named Kimberly who said that they cant do anything and to just keep bringing it in.
