Wheelers Van Rentals of Hawaii

I've spent nine days of the most memorable time in Oahu. I'm confined to a wheelchair and main reason I was able to have such a memorable time is because I was able to get around the island with such a ease and comfort. Thanks to the accessible mini van from Wheelers Van Rentals of Hawaii! Jordan and Jennifer from the Wheelers Van went out of their way to make sure my needs are met. Rental price was fantastic too! The van was a new converted Sienna Toyota and it was awesome! I will always remember them for their compassion and kindness!

My employer douglas samsel rented a loft van jun12 to june26 my husband drove. The van itself was great the lift system however has a flaw if you use the button behind passenger seat the lift will come out before door is completely open it took a small square out of panel. If you use the button on dash it works perfect. We explained it to Jennifer the didn't believe us. We have the same lift at home with the same issue door needs adjusted!!! When talking to her she said she hated these Van's cause they cost so much to repair so obviously she knows there is a flaw. We were inflight home and when we got to dallas there was a message saying she was putting damage charges on credit card. This is a mechanical issue you push a button door opens so how is it our fault. BE AWARE WHEN YOU SIGN CONTRACT. I have picture of it happening Thank you for your response would like to rent from you again next year if possible no power door
