Easy pick up and drop off. Friendly staff. I would suggest that you create a hertz account and put all you info, including drivers license number, credit card, etc. It makes pick up and drop off easy. I didnt even have to show my credit card when I arrived. They only asked for my drivers license then, handed me the keys.

Its inside the hotel. Next to the hotel front desk. The gentleman was nice.

We got turned away because the credit card terminal couldn't swipe our card. No chip reader and her device didnt have the keyboard to punch in #s. We suggest an online credit card service for this type situation rather than say, sorry we cannot service u at this time. We went to our bank BOH n theres nothing wrong with our card. We suggest u have a backup plan or another alternative so u dont lose customers. Called Central Reservation who sent us to the airport n airport didnt have any confirmation or our name n they couldnt assist as well so we left. Its ok though we have a car ready for pickup tomorrow by another company.

Hertz Car Rental, located in the lobby of the Pagoda Hotel next to the hotels reception desk, may seem small yet they make up for it with their grand service, friendly staff and quite a nice selection of vehicles to rent. Check them out and experience a larger than life vehicle renting service.
