        I enjoyed my experience at this T Mobile. Both of the ladies were really kind, but Dae is the one who helped me get a new phone. We had a great conversation and she was just overall a nice person. I would definitely come again.

        This is the second t mobile store we went to today with a billing issue since the other location wasn't help. this location was even worse. they talked in circles explaining why we were charged twice in one billing cycle. none of it made sense. we ended up calling the number we were given in the last store and they lady on the phone said we did have an account issue and they could have seen the issue had they just pulled our account up and looked. this location from the start (when we had Sprint) screwed us when it came to billing issues. if they had just helped us like Nonaral Goldsmith from T-Mobile customer service we probably would have stuck around longer. this store also didn't inform us of the benefits for having t mobile like paid Netflix and a free year of Paramount+ Ms. Goldsmith is the one that informed us of these perks. we switched to AT&T because these stores clearly don't want to help us.
