AT&T Store

I was welcomed at the door. Not having to search for someone to assist me or the awkward stare and wait as if they dont know you need something was a huge win for me. This was my 3rd visit and worth the review because this was my experience each time. My questions were answered and my transactions have always been quick but efficient. Keera had a positive attitude, a great personality and was always willing to help. The fact that she remembered me from a previous visit (and what she did to help me) was another win! That made me feel individualized. Thanks for a great experience Keera! You deserve all the Kudos!!

I moved over to Verizon, because AT&T doesn't know how to figure out their billing problems it's been a disaster and I pulled four out of five and again moved to Verizon . When AT&T gets there billing department straightened out and know how to correctly charge a person I will be back when the bills only $50.45 and you send a bill for $4,024 and another one for $1,019 I don't trust your billing department one bit. Of course this has nothing to do with the store the store employee was very good. The phone that she moved from Verizon to AT&T only lasted 4 days and I went back to Verizon. Again only due to billing. Billing department only gets one star or less .

Warranty replacement of phone. Was taken care of with ease. The customer service was excellent making a all around great experience.
