AT&T Store

I showed up early on a Saturday as soon as it opened. Eric Washington was there who I would say is younger is his years and my thoughts were this kid is not going to care or help me. I was SO WRONG! I want his area manager to know he renewed my faith in customer service!! I have worked 20 years my self servicing others and know when service is good which these days is not often. I did an upgrade with an offer I was not seeing. He took the time to go through bills, do the math, and very clearly explaine why and show me it was correct. This made my day and took a lot of financial worry I had being first thing on my Saturday. Please let him know how valuable he is!

Danielle and Marquis were great representatives of ATT. Excellent customer service. Had all my questions answered and demonstrated the use of equipment. Went far and above their service. Will highly recommend ATT.

Adding this review to several store locations near me, just in case it helps someone else: We were walking out the door to go to a T-mobile store to discuss replacement of Xfinity, just to save some money, when the AT&T fiber people showed up. We signed up for a trial, which is being installed right now. We didn't even consider AT&T, and are somewhat disappointed in the mis-representations so far from the sales rep: 1) that the AT&T modem (which includes a wireless connection) would be enough to cover the whole house, so we didn't need a repeater to get to the bedroom level; the install tech says that's not true, and I trust him more, and 2) we could connect 30 devices simultaneously, when in fact, it's only 10, per AT&T chat support.

Worst experience! Went to upgrade to new iPhone and was told I was not able to because I still owed on old phone and bill was in process, even though I offered to pay remaining balance. Told I would have to complete online. Called customer service from parking lot and they were shocked that the associate would not take time to let me pay remaining balance (which was only 19.99) and upgrade to new phone. After receiving phone in mail, I went back to store to ask about setting up (which online customer service advised me to do if I had questions) and was told they were not able to help with that. Ended up going to Verizon store (not even a current customer) and they handled all without even having my business. Will not be returning to this store!
