Bought a hot spot device bought the 100 gb card and it was empty in 3 days customer my hotspot on only burned 2.9 in 5 days. Worst service and customer service period.
Ok so now I sent the 2 days ago thru email like they asked me to do and I'm still don't have internet and from att all I get is crickets.

I don't know the manager's name but at first I had a bad experience because I couldn't get the door open but let me tell you something we spent two hours with this man helping us he went out of his way he was wonderful I couldn't really see his face cuz he had a mask from head to toe but he was really a super guy he helped me and my daughter get a phone organized that wasn't even bought in their store I appreciated him I just wish I would knew his name so I can tell him how much I thank you
