Great place to shop in Waycross for new phones at great prices, I was able to go get my new phone and be out with all the accessories and reset in one hour. And it was a great experience as far as the customer service went and all around I would recommend it to anyone in the area if you want the best service, Verizon has it!

Hello. I hate having to write negative reviews but I wanted to inform the store owners that they have an employee at this location who is failing to provide proper customer service. My elderly father went to this location on 3/31/22 around 3:30pm because he has been having trouble with his phone holding a charge. He is a disabled veteran and not tech savvy at all and as I do not live close to him, I advised him to take his phone in to have it looked at. He did not realize that he needed his ID and was confused about what he needed to provide to receive help. When he sent his care nurse (who drove him there) to go and get his wallet from the car, He was advised by a tall Caucasian man with a beard to just "Get Out" and "to go outside and cool off and when you come back I might take care of you". This was after he had my father's phone looking at it for several minutes and after he'd had his ID retrieved from the car. He left without getting anything resolved and was publicly embarrassed and denied service in front of several customers and other employees. Please provide some additional training to your staff to avoid having situations like this. Care and compassion are important when dealing with ANY customer but this is despicable that my father, a disabled veteran would be treated in this way.
