The experience with trying to lease an apartment with Harlow was not pleasant. They do not communicate in a timely manner and I think they are running a scam to collect application fees. I applied to lease an apartment and an entire week passed and I did not hear from them. Mind you when I was inquiring about moving there and submitting an application, the leasing agent John could not communicate enough. When I called to ask why I had not heard anything, the woman who answered looked up information and said they were concerned about income despite me submitting paystubs and everything else they asked for regarding pay. The woman on the phone tells me I am approved when she sees I meet the income requirements. I asked about my approval in writing. She stated I would get a welcome letter. Never received it and the date I put on my application to move-in is when I heard from them which is unprofessional and not the way to run a business. Ironically, they had no issue cashing my check for the application and admin fee. Needless to say, I wont be moving to Harlow. Why would I give more money to a business that doesnt communicate and is unprofessional before you can even move in? Nope. Shady business practices that need to be reported and potential renters need to be aware.

The service is horrible here it seems they are more worried about filling quotas than being honest and holding to the word they give. One person i believe his name was John was misleading in his words about pricing and leasing. I came in with my wife and noticed how everything looked nice on the outside but flaws in poor construction. Just to show everything that glitters is not gold with this place.

John was absolutely amazing at assisting with getting me signed for my new apartment! His energy is awesome and always has the most positive, uplifting personality. His responses are fast and efficient. Cant wait to move into my new home next week!!
