Charles is absolutely the BEST! He does not play when it comes to anybody stepping foot in the door! I recommend 10/10!

Bees have invaded the building, I called on Monday, followed up on Wednesday, again Thursday when they finally sent someone to look at them. Someone did not come out until Saturday morning, almost a week of walking through bees to get home. Im allergic and the office had little to no empathy for my well being. After seeing this post I did get a follow up phone call on Monday to see if the bees have improved and to ask me to change this review. I appreciate that they did get someone out after they realized the severity but this is not the first issue Ive had. Although pest is added to rent every month, they will not come out unless you ask every time you need them. In month two living here, a neighbor moved out which resulted in roaches infesting my apartment. In my silverware drawer, refrigerator, cabinets, etc. After two months of asking them to spray, they finally had me pack up my kitchen and bathroom so they could bomb it. The front gate is difficult when it does work but has been broken more than not. Management has changed and so has the front office team.

This is the worst complex ever! Heres why: 1. There are new employees in the leasing office every other month. 2. The property manager is SO RUDE! 3. The garbage at the dumpster piles up and sits for days. It piles up so high that it leaks into the streets with liquids and sometimes glass. This also brings mice and pests. 4. My unit had a plumbing issue every month of my lease. 5. The gates to the community are always broken, leaving the community open to all 6. There is always some form of outage wether thats electric or water 7. Just dont move here. At one point, my toilet was broken and they would come fix it but it would break again days later. They eventually replaced the toilet but in actuality, it was the pipes under the ground that needed fixed!I would like to add that some of the women in the office are very nice and friendly! They made things a little easier during my time there. Especially Jharna!

Jharna Alston was very friendly and allowed us our private time to view the unit. I overly love the unit very beautiful and clean area. I can't wait to become a future resident
