We have been here many years because we really like it. We very much appreciate the convenient location of Spring Park and the quiet atmosphere of the apartment complex which allows us to make this apartment our comfortable home.

I made an appointment online on Sunday and had it confirmed the next day. I then proceeded to receive a reminder email two hours before the start of the appointment. Expecting to have the chance to view the community, I had to leave work early and drive across the county in terrible traffic to make it. However, upon arrival, I found out that not only was I unable to have this appointment, but that the office was completely closed (over 30 minutes before the posted time). Not only was it closed, it wasn't supposed to open again until 10am the next morning (a full hour after the posted time). I immediately called and left a message, and also called multiple times during the posted business hours the next day only to have not a single person answer the phone. So they have not only ocompletely wasted my time and effort, but fully ignored all attempts of communication and only sent an email several hours after close. The only indication of a person working there that I have had is that email from a LaTanya Harrison. If this is how they treat a prospective resident, who knows what garbage the actual ones have to deal with.
