    I really didn't want to write a review but it's been two years and the experience still doesn't sit right with me. I went to purchase a new car, and I had 3 requirements (in order of importance): sunroof, blue, Camry. As my luck would turn out, they had one of those available. Immediately, I put $3,000 to hold it, since it was a Friday afternoon and the banks would be closed before I could get to them- plus I had to transfer some money around. I was planning on coming in first thing the following Monday, but the dealer I was working with was taking vacation, so I'd have to put it off an additional week. Should be fine, I put down a sum to hold the car. No worries, right? When I got in the following Monday, something like 9:30am, I went to meet my dealer, Scott D. He handed me a few papers and we sat down and chatted for a few minutes. After chatting for maybe 10-15 minutes Scott tells me there's bad news and someone sold the car out from under me; however, there was another blue Camry, sports edition, that was about $4,000 more expensive and uh-oh no sunroof. When I said the sunroof was the most important aspect to me, he said "I have multiple cars with sunroofs, and I never use them" which, good for you? My old car had a sunroof and I used it everyday. Unfortunately I was in desperate need for a car and couldn't restart my search, otherwise I would have demanded the $3,000 I put to hold the car back and would have taken my business elsewhere. I'm not sure if it was because I was a 25 year old woman in graduate school (read: no disposable income) , but everyone I dealt with seemed very patronizing. I was convinced that purchasing a car was just a horrible experience, start to finish, but when I went elsewhere with my partner a year later, the entire experience there was lovely. I'm committed to Toyota, I think they're the best cars on the road, but I will never come back to this store and I will highly recommend others also don't spend their money at Savannah Toyota. I hate that I felt the need to write this, but I still feel wronged so long after the fact, I think it needs to be said.

    Bad experience with Toyota Savannah. The service area does not seek to solve the problems that one may have in the car. The manager shows no interest at all.     I bought my first car from here my experience was awesome and customer service was great if want a straight to the point salesman go here and ask for Mr.Aric Brown I promise he wont let you down with purchasing a car and he will answer any guestions that you and he also will make you get the best deal as possible coming from someone who had little to no credit.
