        First time visiting the dealership for 25k maintenance. From the appt scheduling, explaining work plan, estimate amount, to completion of work, it was a pleasant experience. The service advisor, Map Mouth, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Definitely going back and leave my car for services with peace of mind.

        Tameeka Royster is THE BEST! She came up to the front and greeted me, we sat and talked about what I came in to look at and why, and what my goal was to make it make sense for my budget. Smart, professional, personable and kind, I felt like we had been friends for years. Thank you for being there on a Sunday and assisting me with the purchase of my RAV4! It was a good experience, thank you!

        I went there last year to try and buy a new car. Sales manager said they will negotiate once you get there he tells you there is no negotiating. Long story short. Wanted $33, 000 for a Camry SE after another dealership already quoted me $30k. In any case they all make you wait and brings the manager for what? I bought a new Camry at Atlanta Toyota for 28, 700. Didnt finance it because with a score of 820+ Toyota wants us to finance for 3 months which would have cost $1000 in interest for those months. No thanks. Paid 29, 700 out the door, yeah Ill share the paper work later to confirm this. My wife took this there, it jerks when you brake and looks for gears when down shifting in auto. Toyota says its normal. The body doesnt line up on the entire left side. One of their workers in the back said I should have came instead of my wife (described him as a 5ft Hispanic with accent) Next time I have to make an important decision vs having a new car repaired Ill choose not to come again. Ok buddy. Ill trade this in for a new Lexus instead. customer service in sales and service 1/5 Parts 5/5 easier place to order parts from and friendliest
