    Where do I begin. Made two separate appointments both for a noise coming underneath my vehicle. Both times they couldnt find it and shockingly the second time they had the audacity to put on the notes the noise was coming from inside the vehicle a personal item of mine (shown in pic) as if I cant tell the difference & differentiate between the sound coming inside or out. Made a third appointment and was told they wouldnt charge me for this time (so well see) to get it inspected. They found the noise finally, my vehicle had stayed overnight and mind you my vehicle has been there since 1000 the day before. The next day at 1300 I call in regard to my vehicle only for them to ASK ME THEN AND THERE where the wheel locks are. It is now 1750 and I havent receive a single update, message, email. I was connected to the service department asking for my vehicle and was connected to a service representative who lacks customer service might I add, regardless he places me on hold and eventually 10 min pass & im sent to a voicemail, now they are ignoring my calls and my vehicle is unknown at this time making me miss work for a second day now. (Call history on pics) Dont bother leaving a voicemail or making a customer satisfaction survey after your service here because within 2 weeks I heard no response back. You will also not hear able to get ahold of ANY MANAGER there, have been trying to get ahold of anyone now for the past 45 min and nothing. (Email sent pic and never got a response back) I will also add on google maps it says they close at 2000. Lies, they close at 1800. EDITED (APRIL 8) My car was not charged for the inspection fee but was charged to clean & adjust the brakes where they said the noise was coming from. Turns out they fixed nothing, I was charged & the noise now is more persistent than ever. The brakes have NOTHING to do with the noise because Ive been at it now testing this ridiculous theory. (Added Picture of NEW After Inspection Report)
