I would not recommend this company to any.  The customer service is very poor. My family has used them for years, but guessing they have grown as a company and with that customer service is gone. If you're going to deal with them be ready to do the leg work they should be doing.

I have been with this company over 15 years. Their customer service really needs some improvement. I had a order from my Dr for new equipment and I got nothing but the run around. I would not recommend this company for any medical equipment or services

I can't say enough good things about these folks and their business. I was in town on vacation and left a piece of my CPAP equipment at home. They went "above and beyond" and then went "way above and beyond" to help me get what I needed. I wish I lived closer to Savannah - I would use them for every medical equipment need I have.

Just called to see if I could get a nebulizer machine for my breathing treatments. Woman stated that I would have to get a prescription from my doctor. I asked her if they would fax and try to get one from my doctor and she said no I would have to get a prescription. Thanks but thanks. Not driving all the way to Pooler for a prescription. I would advice y'all to use someone else that is willing to help.
