got medical supplies quickly. liked the staff. shocked at price-hundreds. shocked more that they were going to take it all out at once. called 3x to tell them not to take it out all at once. wanted payment plan. was told to go on website. signed up. paid. thought it meant i was doing a payment plan. i have to take responsibility for not understanding I didn't sign up for payment plan in spite of them taking the payment. Thought 3 phone calls telling them I couldn't pay all at once would have meant something. Not. found out week before Thanksgiving $$$ was taken out of bank. That has screwed my budget up for the next 2 weeks and more. don't give them your debit card. Absolutely livid. they lost my business

The entry staff were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sleepwell. Thanks for the great service.

Horrible customer service. Website will not allow feedback when attempting to submit. Update Nicole, billing manager is awesome! She returned my calls and feedback the following day and resolved all questions and concerns. The Marietta office should take lessons from Nicole on what real customer service looks like.
