Lied about shipment of chair and couldnt refund money illegally taken on account. Never got a free trial.

The chair I got I lean on arm of chair gave way to my elbow so materials used to make the chair got. If I going to pay 3600 for a chair that is cheaply make. No way.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First they promised not to take any $ until I got chair. They took 189.$ before I got it. I tried to cancel and they dropped a chair off in my yard ,in the rain. Did not get a signature or let me know. It was completely soaked when I discovered it at my tenants address. I called and asked them to please pick it up. It's still here after 20 xs trying to get them to pick it up. I finally got ahold of someone ,even though i don't want this chair they won't pick it up or stop taking 99. $ out of my account. I said keep the $ and stop taking it out of my bank .They agreed and still are taking my $, overdrawn account this month, thanks to them!!!now it's lwaertime!! Don't agree to anything.. This is absolutely wrong. My animals won't even use the chair....I waited to give a review in hopes they would do the right thing...
