I did not have their information, and have not been getting ANY of my supply refills, I mentioned that to my dr, and the office put in for a refill of them. I noticed my insurance was billed for them, BUT I have not received ANYTHING. I'm just now getting am email from them - from a donotreply email address. telling me to just one click and order. but what happened to the one in October? Or before that, Because i have had this for a few months, and was not given enough to change things out as often as we are supposed too.

got medical supplies quickly. liked the staff. shocked at price-hundreds. shocked more that they were going to take it all out at once. called 3x to tell them not to take it out all at once. wanted payment plan. was told to go on website. signed up. paid. thought it meant i was doing a payment plan. i have to take responsibility for not understanding I didn't sign up for payment plan in spite of them taking the payment. Thought 3 phone calls telling them I couldn't pay all at once would have meant something. Not. found out week before Thanksgiving $$$ was taken out of bank. That has screwed my budget up for the next 2 weeks and more. don't give them your debit card. Absolutely livid. they lost my business
