I called Jordan during a very hot GA week because my 80yo grandparents AC wasn’t working. Although they had a super busy schedule, Jordan and his tech Bobby made sure that my grandparents didn’t have to sleep in a hot house. Bobby was beyond professional. He answered all questions and had the unit back working in less than an hour.

I had another company that I have always used, to diagnose my A/C and was told my compressor was bad. I suspected they mis -diagnosed it, due to the fact that the A/C blowed cold when the compressor would come back on if I turned it off and back On, ect. Long story short, I called Jordan and he spent 32 minutes on the phone with me and confirmed that the procedures the other company used and diagnoses was correct, from the detailed information I provided him with, but would have test the system himself to be certain. He made me feel assured that the company I always used was being honest and I felt that I should honor my commitment to them for my repair. I offered to pay Jordan for his time and he refused to accept anything for a phone call. 32 minutes to a total stranger during his work schedule for free,WOW! I will recommend him to everyone and use him for future services. Thank you again Jordan, and God bless you!

I don't usually write a review however, when you meet an exceptional company like Strickland HVAC I just had to. My Air Conditioner stopped working last week and July is not a month for your AC to go out! A friend of mine recommended Jordan Strickland. He came the next day and replaced my capacitor. Jordan also suggested I have my AC serviced, which I did. I can't believe the difference this made cooling my house. Now I keep my thermostat a couple of degrees higher because it's so much cooler. Thank you Jordan for the awesome service!
