Otis did a fantastic job, replacing my old A/C system, with a new system. Otis and Tim, arrived with masks on, and floor covering materials in hand. It has been one week since the new installation, and I am very happy with the new system. The new duct work in the attic is a vast improvement, from the original duct work. Now the entire house is cooled, and heated at equal temps. Kevin gave us an impressive 1 hour pre-inspection. And suggested a few ways to improve the the homes temperature control. Including various financing options. Then Jennifer did a great job of scheduling our new installation. No pressure tactics were involved. Canady's customer service is top notch. We have used Canady for our Air for years. Our 1st time using them for our plumbing needs. They did a great job fixing our toilet and remount it to the floor. No more wobble! When they finished our bathroom was cleaner then it started. Will be using them again.

Always happy to see Kevin show up. He does an amazing job every time. He's punctual, through, and all around nice guy. Super happy with his work and knowledge of whatever issues seems to arise with our AC units. :)
