I had an emergency with my garage door on 6/9/19 and I called this company and made an appointment for them to come out to fix my garage door. They gave me an appointment on 6/11/19 with a 8a to 9a window. At 9a I called to find out where the technician was and I was told that he got held up at his first appointment and that I would receive a phone call once the technician was on his way. The time now is 4:15p and I have yet to hear from the technician or the company for any update. Needless to say I've called another company to address my emergency but I just don't understand how this company does business when they leave would be customers stranded with no form of communication. Again, no one has shown up nor called me so its clear to me that this company is doing so well that it doesn't need my business. Very unprofessional and very disappointing from this company!!!
