        Very satisfied with the overall experience. From my 1st interaction with setup of estimate to final contact with our installer, Robert. I want to express how much I truly appreciated the effort that was made by a simple follow up phone call from Jimmy(who came out to do the estimate). One phrase made all the difference in securing my business with Precision & that was, What can we do to win your business! I was initially referred to another company and had them come out and provide a quote but never did they follow up with me & again follow up makes all the difference to me. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their excellent customer service, fair pricing, quick turnaround time & quality work.

        Anthony with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service contacted me ahead of the appointment in the am to inform me that he would be contacting me within 30 of the appointment time. This was so I did not have to wait all day wondering when he might arrive. He is extremely professional and evaluated not only the problem, but advised me on other potential problems to be aware of with my door as it ages. He did an outstanding repair, was friendly and most efficient. I highly recommend Anthony with Precision!
