Very quick and efficient service! Liam and Jonathan arrived and immediately got to work. My garage door had my car stuck inside and they had the problem assessed in moments of arriving and had us back fully functioning within no time! Highly recommend calling them!

My military son was just transferred to Savannah and his garage door is inoperative. Purchased trolly control from Overhead door in Savannah. Price is $20 and charged me $80 quickly returned it. Nice how they treat people especially military. Ordered part on line which will be inconvenience but saved $60.

Overhead Door was recommended by a friend who owns a garage door company in another city  after getting a quote from a local company. I expected the quote to be higher and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was substantially less,  and they were able to get out and do the repair in about a day. It took their experience technicians less than an hour to do the repair the price was exactly what I had been quoted and I am extremely pleased!

The worst of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced ever. First of all the people in the office are all rude. I cant believe these people get contracts with new home construction. If Im ever in the market of building a home again, Ill make sure the builder doesnt use this company for garages. They finally fixed my garage after two months of them knowing about it, its almost like I head begging them for the business. Mind you this was not even warranty work but they kept dragging from week to just to replace a mother that only requires an hour to install. Its when I said I wanted the number to their corporate office is when they started to act like they were a business. The reception Angela is so rude, theres two Angelas unfortunately but she knows herself she had finally sent a technician after 6 weeks of the motor going out(let me mention that house is not even 4 years old, but somehow their motor blew out and claimed the 10 year warranty was devoided because of blah blah)an incompetent technician who claimed there was no power in the garage and made me call the electrician for nothing. Thankfully I have Mr. Electric on speed dial who have the most excellent customer service and they come right away and keep very good communication.. Even after Sending an incompetent electrician who appeared as though he didnt know what he was doing they had no shame to collect the diagnostic fee for him just to come flip the light. And the rude Angela had the nerve to say, and make a snarky rude comment were are not a charity as though I had suggested to them that they were. But that was just an episode of her being rude at this point I just wanted my garage fixed move on and write this review about them. Avoid them at all cost. And finally the technician they send to install had zero customer service, just very unprofessional to say the least. Everyone thats ever come to the house first of all introduces themselves and attempts to have a good rapport, which Im very easy to talk to. This one was only interested in me calling in payment before he left as though I was gonna run off without paying!!! What a disgustingly deplorable company!!!! Stay away if you can!!!
