Im really enjoying Belmont Crossing. The management staff are really nice and works with you. Maintenance request usually take 4days to be worked on but other than that i really enjoy and like everything about my apartment and experience

4/5/24 Plumbers came to replaced the manifold the guest bathroom which resolved the previous leak issue. Finally no more leaks. I'm happy The problem was not ever resolved. The water still continues to drip in the tub along with a new issue created. The water no longer works in the tub. When I turn the faucet on, no water comes out. Please do not send the same person to fix the problem its obvious he has not a clue how to fix this issue, along with the fact he stated a recommendation on the work order of a plumber to fix the original issue and it has been approximately two weeks or more and no one has come to fix and complete this issue.

My experience with Tarea was amazing everything went fast and smooth I do recommend this place they are nice the staff in the office is nice I love my place its quiet all new appliances.
