Legacy At Riverdale

When I first moved in I was happy , excited ,& thrilled . They dont have they flaws , certain agents , but I had to understand no matter how bad they try to get under your skin remain humble & ground , The office very unprofessional & unorganized! I went to the office THREE TIMES ! To renew my lease & they keep sending me emails on how I didnt ! Than when I went I told them I had ROACHES IN MY WALLS IN MY HOUSE , they sent a pest control ( which I pay ) & he only came once . My tub peels & they still didnt get it fix , the redid the two apartments below me & left all the trash in the back . Roaches be in my fridge ( which in unsanitary) & cost money cause I am not able to buy food in my house . The gate isnt monitor ! I had a non resident get almost hit the back of my car because they was trying to beat the gate & when I call the office they didnt do nothing. The cats / kitten be all in my buildings , & etc. Even when I try to get the roaches away its still not good enough . When I wanted to transfer to 3 bedroom , despite of me never been late , I was told NO , due to the fact they was only giving them to the newest residents. Take

Honestly, 0 will be better than 1 star. The only reason I'm here is cause I can save couples $$ and is my last lease here .This complexe is a big trash , all the buildings are old. They are n1 in faking work : so when you request a service in your apartment they will send you a confirmation email later that the repair staff stopped by and fix your issues, but No is a lie, also looks like they are short in the work staff. Please don't move here, don't waste your money thet don't care at all about you as tenant . But funny thing we pay rent and if the place is vacant no one will work at the leasing office rigth!? But the leasing office workers are so careless, do your job. Please don't move here .

Yes these apartments are definitely the worst yall try to make it look nice and stuff on the outside but on the inside hell of roaches and stuff charge for pest control but where are the people to come spray and stuff people want a place where the can call home come to and be happy not with some many problems that yall dont even care to fix !!! Thats crazy to me my ac have been fixed but they did it in the worst ghetto way where my ac runs all day unless I cut it off. By the breaker box people dont have it like that where they can pay a high Georgia power bill along with paying yall high rent well
