Shadow Ridge Apartments

Terrible management, been here for almost a year and still do not have access to my mailbox. They have given me a total of three different keys so far and none of them open the number that they say belongs to my unit. Also, about two weeks ago, they kept calling an email and saying that the gate was going to be fixed and as of today the gate is still not working, so they wasted our time. I called the number all day because my work hours conflict with their operating hours so I cannot go in person to the office, but when I call, it always hangs up no one ever answers the phone . Would not recommend

Im currently searching for new residents in lake ridge and stumbled across this apartment complex immediately turning into the complex I viewed the most disturbing, disgusting, frightening infestation of RATS that have seen to there nesting ground right by the dumpster stumbling across this made me evacuate immediately. How can the owner neglect such atrocities when its the first thing you see when entering the complex. That situation needs to be addressed immediately. I would assume this would be the exact location children would be waiting for the bus to arrive which should be considered dangerous and a health hazard

The day of our move in we were really inconvenienced due to the fact there was roaches everywhere and the carpet had not been changed and everything looked as if it had not been cleaned from the previous owners.The lady that walked us through the apartment had the upmost shocking face as if she didnt walk thru the apartment before we arrived which is unacceptable as the leasing manager. She did apologize but honestly it wasnt enough we had made arrangements for movers and furniture to be delivered the day of our move in date and now have to come out of pocket more money due to negligence of leasing management I was not able to move in because I forbid to move any of my things into a dirty place. We then had to wait two days to move in and things were still not right, yes the carpet was changed after having to tell them to do that and they did do another spray for roaches, but there were still critters , the tub in the second bedroom is broken, paint peeling from cabinets as if they didnt do a good job painting, non working outlets, and in these pictures it shows the maintenance put paint down the garbage disposal and of course it doesnt work, they didnt clean at all in the bathrooms paint was everywhere and you can clearly see in the photos they painted over hair and it looks like black mold in the drawer I dont know but the list goes on. This is unacceptable as a new tenant that was fooled by the demo which looked way better than this apartment we moved into. I am very thorough when looking at detail
