This place scheduled me a rental reservation and I took Uber to get there and they had no cars available. The customer service was terrible and I had to wait 30 minutes before being seen. Not apologetics at all. So I waisted 50.00 going to and from this business with no reimbursement.

First time using Avis. After completing the paperwork, the service rep gave me the keys and told me to pull it around to the front. He told me to check and make sure it was clean. I thought it was up to the place renting you the vehicle to do that. But anyway I did pull to the front and the guy had locked the door and went on lunch. The car has a foul smell that I can't get rid of. I probably will stick with hertz or enterprise from now on.

This is the most unorganized company. They wait to the last minute to tell you the charges for the rental. Let's not mention calling to confirm the reservation. Called 3 times and was put on hold 30 minutes each call and no response. They deserve no stars but I have to give one to leave the review. Never will I recommend this office. They all need training for customer service......

Horrible experience & will never rent again from this location! Vehicle rental was a premium SUV Suburban. Upon arrival checked in with Sean and he stated they did not have the premium SUV available that I reserved, however he said he had an Cadillac Escalade that was available for a higher upgrade charge of $20+ more and that it was the only SUV they had. I was mortified that he tried to charge for an upgrade when it was AVIS that didnt have the supplied inventory or another vehicle of equal value. He was very nonchalant & rude and presented an attitude of he could care less if I rented or not. Since I was pressed for time & there werent any other locations open within a 30mile radius I took the vehicle. During the inspection I noticed there was a large dent on the right passenger door & the trunk would not open. I addressed this with Sean and he told me I could take the vehicle or leave it. Due to needing the vehicle that day, I had no option but to take the rental. Never have I had such poor & unprofessional service especially dealing with a corporate rental agency such as Avis. I asked Sean for their corporate phone number and was not given it. I then proceeded to call Aviss customer support line to report the issues & request their corporate office number. The rep stated they didnt have a corp number, however they would proceed with crediting my credit card for the overpayment that was charged for the upgrade and would escalate the incident to management. There was also no discount offered for the defective vehicle. Unfortunately, I never heard back from their escalation management team. I was glad they did the right thing to credit my card for the upgrade but very disappointed they didnt follow up about the entire unprofessional incident. Will not be renting from Avis again.
