Number doesn't work. When you call you will be prompt to different states, Atlanta is #3, turns out to be Ameri Drive not Flexdrive. This is unprofessional. I honestly don't recommend renting from Lyft it's all a con. $336 a week for 235 miles and if you go over the miles they give you 56 miles for $28. You can make that $336 a week getting your own vehicle. If you end up in an accident it's nothing but complications and unable to cancel or get into a car. Can't reach anyone. Don't waste your time renting with them. They honestly do not care about their drivers.

The Lyft team is severely understaffed but the always do their best to help out their drivers. Very honest and hardworking people here.

Was assisting another person to get a Lyft Express and it was bad experience die to some of the cars in bad condition and had to wait over three hours to get the car. Terrible customer service!!!!

Dont bother making an appointment.. even though the process says you should. Its a profound waste of time. Youll be here for at least an hour and a half. They pay the rental drivers 10% less than regular drivers and if you have an accident, youll definitely lost your deposit and likely more. Dont do it.
