Service is VERY slow. Given no receipt. Drink machine not working

Came yesterday to get an oxtail plate for the first time and I had to come again today. Good is bomb, service is bomb.

Showed up at 8:45, website says they close at 9 the workers wouldnt even come to the door and say why they closed early.

Clean. Great customer service. Affordable menu. Next door to krystals and Starbucks. Plenty of parking. Drive through available.

If you want your food In a timely manner, dont use the mobile pickup. The last two times I used Mobile pickup its took 25 minutes And I had to go in to pick it up.

Food is amazing! They could do a lot better with the decorations and layout of the place. It feels crowded and none of the decorations really go together or flow.
