        Shake machine hasnt worked in at least 4 weeks, rude to customers and they close the store to all but the drive thru at weird times. Some of us cant use the drive thru, my vehicle is too large and too tall

        "we don't have anything" I wonder why with employees asleep on the job. I asked for 12 Krystals, but the employee stated they "only have 11." I asked for no onions and she further stated "we will 'try' to scrape them off." Edit: I ordered 10 because they didn't "have any more" but they gave me 9
