    Mobile order didn't come through but payment was made...instead of trying to resolve the issue the manager hid in the back and sent workers to the front to see if I was still in the lobby..

    I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SPECIFIC WENDY'S AGAIN. I was in complete disgust of how I was treated by management. I placed an order for a double stack bag and to upsize the drink and fry plus two cookies. My order came up a little high than usual. The young lady was nice, but also distracted while taking my order talking to others in the background trying to multitask. I get to the first window the young guy reads my order back I tell him it's wrong. He told me she didn't ring it up correctly. I give my order again he read it back and said it was correct now. I wanted a receipt he tells me the 2nd window will give you one. I still felt like something was off because of the cost. I get to the last window for my food. The older black/African manager hands me a small drink. I tell him I upsized my drink he immediately gets annoyed with my request. Mind you my correct drink was sitting there the entire time. He responds "no this is what you ordered". He started complaining and being combative with me. The young lady tried to listen but the manager was over talking her. He then proceeds to tell me it's my fault I should of checked the screen!! I was shocked at how unprofessional the manager was handling a simple mistake that could of been easily fixed. Then another customer walks up to the window saying her order was wrong as well, she tried to explain, but the same manager isn't trying to listen to her. The manager started fussing with her. I felt like I pulled up to someone house with no home training and not a place of business whom provides food service to the public. WENDYS NEEDS TO AUDIT THIS LOCATION ASAP! and hire new management for the night shift. The manager isn't fit to deal with unfortunate situations that can occur in the fast food industry. The manager caused so much chaos the young lady walked away from the window. I had to tell the manager it's no need to fuss just trying to get my correct order. He still didn't want to provide a resolution. It took for the young lady to come back and tell him the drink to give me. Then he angrily gives me the right burger and tell me I can leave now. He still didn't reimburse me the difference. If you make someone like that a manger the public needs to avoid this location at all cost!!

    I placed a mobile carry out order as I normally do during their lobby open hours and of course the lobby was not open. I then had to wait in the long drive thru line for my food just to receive cold food and the wrong food. Fries were cold and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a Daves singles no tomatoes no cheese. After I noticed my order was wrong I had to get out my car and stand in the drive thru because again the lobby is closed and ask them to remake the order. I was told the order would be remade and they would bring it out well 25 mins later no Daves single I then walked back into the drive thru and requested a refund. I was then approached by the rudest manager ever. He was an African man who apparently thought by talking to me rudely was appropriate. Mind they messed the order up and I just wanted my sandwich. After going back and forth with this man. He handed me a sandwich that was still made incorrectly. I am 7 months pregnant standing in the drive thru holding up the line because all I want is my money back at this point, because its obvious this staff cannot make a Dave single without cheese and no tomatoes. Mind you this is what was on my receipt when I ordered the first time. He then tells me they cannot refund me my money and all he can do is try to make the sandwich again, so there I am standing in the drive thru waiting 5mins for them to try to remake it again. Nonetheless I threw the sandwich away cause I do not like eating food from ppl I have had to argue with. The service at this location has gone way down since they hired that man as a manager. He thinks he can speak to women any kind of way. Instead of deescalating the situation he made it worst cause he did not want to take ownership. As a supervisor myself its clear that Wendys does not invest in manager training. I would highly recommend you try another Wendys. Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant so no cheese is a requirement.
