This business does not honor their in-network insurance contracts & give reimbursements for overcharging patients above what is allowed by insurance carriers. This is against GA state law. If you have not received reimbursement for overcharges according to your insurance carrier explanation of benefits, please file a complaint with the Georgia State Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs. We have filed a complaint, but they will not pursue them unless there are others that come forward.

My first visit and it was absolutely the best! I have worn glasses for years and always dreaded going to the optometrist because I knew my eyesight was not what it use to be. Ms. Tabetha was a delight and Dr. Williamson is a hoot! You will not regret the customer service and family like atmosphere!

I have lived in Lithia Springs for more then 20+ years and never knew this place was in my back door. I hate it but, I love it. I hate I didn't know but I love that I know now. I was treated so nice from the front door with Tabatha she has such a sweet spirit. And Dr. Williamson that had so much knowledge on us old head contact wears. We don't behave by the book. But my experience here was excellent. I will recommended and I am going back, today actually. It's so much better then going to the mall!!!

Dr. Williamson was the absolute best optometrist I have ever been to! He was very professional, thorough, and he was so very genuine. Dr. Williamson told me things about my eyes that no optometrist had ever told me before and even helped me pick out the right pair of glasses for my particular vision. Erin ( the lady at the front desk) was also wonderful and she did her best to help my family and I with everything we needed. We will be returning!!
