Georgia Retina

Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I will not be coming here. There was no reminder of my appt that was made by another office and Georgia Retina didnt even reach out themselves to me. Then I get on the phone with someone at the front desk and they cant get me in for the rest of the year (no problem) so I told her if someone cancels let me know/ she says shes going to transfer me to someone named Alicia the office manager- she transfers me to someone who is not Alicia, that person transfers me to Alicia who answers the phone like she doesnt know who I am and making me re explain what I need. I didnt even need anything my instructions given to the first girl were simple. (But I didnt say that) but because I started off perplexed because I dont even know why I was transferred to her- did I really just hear her say to me- Oh no not an attitude! In a sassy tone?! Lol what a joke. I am a new patient - wouldnt you be frustrated if you were bounced all around and not even contacted once by Georgia Retina and didnt get a confirmation call/text about your appt?! And there wasnt anything she could do to assist me either let me note so being transferred to her was pointless. I tried to explain to her both of us walked into the conversation in the dark but where is her professionalism and I shouldnt hear Oh no not an attitude? NO CUSTOMER WANTS TO BE ON THE PHONE TEN MINUTES THEN ABRUPTLY TRANSFERRED WITHOUT BEING TOLD WHY AND THEN HAVING TO REPEAT MYSELF ALL OVER AGAIN?! No! This office needs to learn some decorum and professionalism. At least the office staff maybe not the doctors. I felt like I was talking to someone at Walmart. Then her response to me when I told her i didnt appreciate hearing that she said well maybe you shouldnt have an attitude when you come on the phone. Girl. This is YOUR JOB. Are you going to say that to every frustrated patient?! Id love to hear her say that to someone older and white- I bet she wouldnt. Grow up and stop talking to people like your kids at home! This is your job! (I didnt say this to her because Im more professional than that in a phone convo but after her hanging up on my face talking about - bye bye now yea Im coming here and laying in my review. I will not be pushing my business their way. Because if they frustrate people like this by phone I dont want to be frustrated in person.

When you have eye problems you want a top of the line expert. You don't care what kind of personality the doctor has. Dr. Sharma is the top of the line retina expert with knowledge and experience. If you want to be entertained you need to go elsewhere. Personally, Id rather have knowledge and experience.
